Wills & Estates Conference: How to administer an Estate

How to administer an Estate

The preparation of a Will is much more than a freebie offered to a conveyancing client. Equally, the effective administration of a Deceased Estate is a specialised task. The task requires important initial decision making, strategic planning, developed communication skills and collaboration with other professionals along the journey.

This session will cover the phases of an administration, critical steps along the way, and suggestions for how to do it better – if you like, an attempt at identifying the gold standard approach to administering an Estate.
