Wills & Estates Conference: Estate planning and charitable giving

Estate planning and charitable giving: Essentials for practitioners

Clients work hard to build a nest egg for themselves and their family, and many have ambitions to give back to their community by supporting charitable purposes. Using case studies of families doing good using effective estate planning, this session will cover a range of topics to help you support your clients to 'do good' through the estate planning process, including ways a client can give both during their lifetime and through their will, and the things you need to consider and avoid when doing good via a will.
