(1 point in core area 3 - professional skills)
This session provides a unique perspective on some of the most important “tools” family lawyers need to have at their disposal. Drawing on deeply practical guidance gained from her time as a Senior Judicial Registrar of the FCFCOA, Jennifer Crawley’s informative and insightful session reminds all lawyers that excellence in practice stems from sound legal knowledge, a nuanced understanding of the human experience of conflict, and a purposeful case strategy.
