Court Etiquette and Advocacy for Family Lawyers

Presented by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) at Canberra in conjunction with the Family Law Committee of the ACT Law Society

Court etiquette and advocacy for family lawyers

Are you an early career family lawyer admitted in the last 1 - 4 years or a bit more experienced, but want a refresher?

Have you had limited or no opportunity to appear in person in the FCFCOA? Did you attend the previous Court training and want to continue developing your skills?

If this describes you then we invite you to register to attend this interactive CPD event to be held at the Canberra Registry of the FCFCOA.  This CPD is designed to assist those practitioners who may not have had many opportunities to appear in person at court and to provide an opportunity to talk to and ask questions of members of the bench in an informal environment.

Make sure to register early. This is a very popular event which sells out quickly.

Presenters: Members of the FCFCOA Judiciary along with members of the Family Law Advisory Committee of the ACT Law Society.
