As a result, government lawyers must demonstrate solid skills in contract drafting, negotiation and guidance of the tendering process. Specifically designed for public sector legal practitioners, attendance at both workshops will guarantee that you walk away with best-practice, step-by-step guides on tendering and the drafting of effective contracts. Interactive exercises will also ensure that you build on your negotiation skills, especially when dealing with private sector providers.
